Hi, I’m Gabrielle
Forever since I could remember, I've always wanted to work with animals. Surrounded by animals from young, I feel a natural affinity for them. My fondest memories from my kindy years were how I used to sneak biscuits into my pocket after recess and saved my water to feed the pigeons that I came across as I walked home each day. I want to be involved in cultivating a better lifestyle and environment for the strays. I am very interested in a job that deals with animal rehabilitation and conservation; giving them proper therapy and care.

My Active Me
I love sports, so even though I was with Singapore Netball Academy during my primary years, I chose Volleyball in school for its fast, adrenaline rushing pace. Being part of its' Exco committee, I had to be self-discipline, responsible and committed.
It is a tough year for me, but I made sure I was there for all the training and matches. Being with this team is one of the things I'll hold fondly forever

My Bonzo

Meet Doris
Abandoned at just a few months, Doris was taken in by the Soi Foundation, and with proper therapy and care, she was able to heal. Emotionally though, she remains traumatised where even a pet sends her shivers. I hope to work with animals like Doris through animal therapy and rehabilitation. Who knows, maybe even open my shelter one day!

Exclusively Mongrels
The program that EM does finding forever homes for a
misunderstood breed, Mongrels means a lot to me. They have been misinterpreted as being unreachable and wild, but all they need is a loving and patient approach. I am pulled towards working for the underdogs. Besides being homeless, many of the dogs on the street are traumatised or injured. I hope that with the training I receive from the Vet Tech course at TP I can help them in their therapy and care.
